"The Colourful Companionship of Casey Cabbage" storybook launched by ARC in March this year is now available at Novelty Book Fair 2013 at a discounted price. The book fair will be held from 1st- 12th April, at Dharubaaruge, and offers a wide range of English and Dhivehi books for different age groups.

ARC wishes to thank the management of Novelty Printers and Publishers Pte Ltd for their generous support in making the book possible, and also for the opportunity provided to ARC to have a donation box at the fair. 100 percent of the proceeds from the donation box will be used for ARCs projects and programmes at Kudakudhinge Hiya this year. ARC also wishes to thank the Novelty management on our own behalf and on behalf of the children of Kudakudhinge Hiya for the opportunity to open the Book Fair, and for the gift vouchers provided to them.

ARC believes that introducing children to books from an early age is vital for their development. Reading not only helps children practice language skills, but also boosts their intellectual growth and exposes them to a world of creativity and imagination.
